WHY DOES EVERYONE NEED ESM?
This is the age of a new generation, a generation of knowledge. We do not sit back and allow the media to dictate the way we live our lives, but take charge of our lives, our health and our environment. We are also the generation that is aware that our technology is short-sighted and killing our planet.
As Nostradamus once said, "Where plants perish and animals are absent, there you also should not live. The place is unhealthy. You will experience disharmony and lose your poise. When you, however, find the place where happy, vital and healthy people live, and many old folk in good health, then stay there. You will soon do without medicine or physicians. The mysterious forces of Earth make you healthy."
We live on an endangered planet. Reminders of this are everywhere, from the Amazon Jungle to Africa. The air and the oceans have no national boundaries. Radiation is not confined to an isolated area. The greenhouse effect does not affect only isolated communities. Deforestation in Naples means flooding in Bangladesh. The list goes on.
The generation born today will be the most toxic in the history of our planet. People are already stressed to the edge of being able to adapt.
Our fruits and vegetables are grown in toxic soil and sprayed with additional poisons. Chemicals are put in our water, even bottled water. A water purifier helps but not 100%. Our meat is contaminated due to the steroids added to the feed, and the grass the animals graze on is grown in toxic soil.

WHAT IS ESM?
Energetic Systems Maintenance (ESM), formerly known as Environmental Stress Management, is a technique that opened up to the public in 1995. Dr. Victor L. Frank, D.C., released the simplified version of Total Body Modification (TBM) - the technique he has been teaching to Primary Health Practitioners internationally for over 20 years.
ESM is the future in self-help for family home health care. It is a course that is designed to educate you and give you the power to strengthen and take control of your own health.
It is easy to use and to understand and will teach you how to pay attention to your body as it tells you what is out of balance before it becomes a problem. ESM can be used anywhere at anytime and requires no tools or supplements.
ESM?s goal is to teach everyone how to maintain health in this environment by understanding ?functional physiology? (how the body actually works as a unit, not as individual parts). ESM will help you understand the five element theory and how it affects you. You will learn how eastern philosophies have helped us understand that the energy of the world is similar to the energy of our body.
ESM will let you see immediately, by using simple muscle testing techniques, what foods or supplements are healthy for you and each person in your family. ESM will show you how to balance organs and make sure they function to optimum level.
ESM will teach you how the body works together with the various organs and how to recognize that a dysfunctional organ may be creating short term or long term health problems.
You will learn that by stimulating certain points in a certain sequence you will be able to eliminate many uncomfortable conditions such as colds, flu, upset stomach, headaches, etc. ESM will also show you how to correct minor conditions to avoid major problems.
Soon you will be so in tune with your body that you will be able to notice changes before they become illnesses.

HOW DOES ESM WORK?
If a young tree appears diseased there can be many causes. If we look closely, we may discover that it gets too much or too little water, the earth it is growing in does not contain enough nutrients or has too much chemical fertilizer. The roots may be attacked by parasites or poisonous emissions from a chemical factory may have damaged its leaves or roots. Maybe it doesn?t receive enough chromatic light (which is essential to life) because of the increasing air pollution. There are numerous possibilities that, based on the laws of the universe, may apply.
ESM APPLIES THIS SAME PHILOSOPHY TO THE HUMAN BODYIt has been scientifically proven that everything has an electromagnetic field around it. It is the way that two electromagnetic energies merge that gives our nervous system warning of something that could harm us, such as we can avoid tripping over something in the middle of the floor even though we were not aware it was there, or when you meet someone for the first time instantly feel they were a long lost friend. It is the harmonization or disharmonization of the two different electromagnetic energies.
In basic science we learn that everything is made up of atoms and they are surrounded by electrons. These electrons are placed at different distances from each other as well as from the nucleus. The electrons rotate around the nucleus at different speeds, causing a vibration. When you put enough atoms together you get molecules. With enough molecules you get matter. This is what makes everything, whether it is a chair, table, flower, tree or a person.
By using simple muscle testing, ESM uses this electromagnetic field to find out if the foods you are eating are good for your body, and if your body can handle certain foods at a certain time. You and your family will learn when you can handle sugars and carbohydrates. ESM will also show you how to test for the proper utilization of vitamins and minerals.

HOW IS ESM TAUGHT?
ESM is a five part course in healing. Learn how to harmonize and balance your body using simple techniques. Listen to what your body is really telling you about stress, fatigue and illness.. Test and harmonize the functional anatomy points and organs.
Module 1
Module 1 shows how the world we live in pollutes us, our health and our environment, the triangle of health, the 5 elements of health, Bladder Meridian, how to muscle test and find and balance body organs and functions.
Module 2
Module 2 shows you how to eat the proper foods for good health. Learn how to distinguish from mouth hunger and body hunger. Learn how you don=t have to give up any foods, just know when you can=t have them and when you can. Lear how to find and balance certain body functions and how to use the hand acupressure points.
Module 3
Module 3 encompasses the System chart and learning disabilities. Learn how to help your children learn to their best capacities without limiting them.
Module 4
Module 4 reviews time problems, emotional release, energy and how to find and balance certain body areas and test for need and use of supplements. Many times we take supplements when our body cannot use them so it reacts as a toxin.
Module 5
Module 5 shows how to tone your facial muscles and your emotional system. It will show you how to relieve body pain and discomfort and how to test if a food or supplement is good for you at a particular time.

HOW CAN I LEARN ESM?
This class is definately a 'HANDS ON' workshop. Therefore, the best way to learn ESM is to take an ESM course with a qualified ESM Instructor near you.
You will be taught in an easy to understand language and simple to learn format, how the body works and what you can do to take control of your environment in your daily life. You will receive an E.S.M. tool that will allow you to stimulate the bladder meridian in certain sequences in order to balance out the energy going to a specific organ or body function. You will learn where the bones are and the function of the organs.
The full E.S.M. Course consists of five Modules, and each Module is approximately six to eight hours long.
We strongly recommend you bring a friend or another member of your household to attend with you. This way you will have someone who can keep you balanced as well.

As an ESM instructor, you will be able to educate friends and loved one yourself. By sharing the experience and knowledge that you have learned, you will be able to give them the same insights on how to live healthier and more energetic lives.

As an ESM Instructor you will have the freedom to choose your own hours. You will be able set up the classes that suit your needs, not those of others.
You will be able to decide when and where you need to put in an extra effort to get the results you desire.
You Decide How much Money you want to Make!
As an ESM Instructor you will be given certain parameters that you will have to stay within, however you can determine what fees you would be comfortable charging. You decide how many students you wish to attend each class, and you have the final say as to how many classes you decide to teach.
All of these decisions contribute to how much money you could earn.
How do I Qualify?
Once you have taken all five modules a total of three times, you need to notify the ESM office. We will contact your previous ESM Instructor and inquire about your knowledge and comprehension during the courses. If they feel you have a good grasp on the ESM Theory and techniques, they will recommend you for the training course. At that time you are then qualified to attend.
What is involved with the ESM Instructor Training?
The ESM Instructor Training Course is a 4-day intensive training. This a four day class beginning at 9:00am until 5:00pm each day. We take an hour break for lunch.
You will learn to teach the ESM Introduction, Triangle of Health, 5 Element Theory, and Where the Bones Are. You will be shown all of the additional educational tools available. You will be shown how to teach the location of body points, along with the organs and their functions. You will be given the opportunity to begin presenting the Introduction of ESM.
This is the most important learning time of the entire week. You will be given the time to present the entire introduction section as well as several techniques found through out the ESM Course. This will give you the additional explanations that will help you teach your classes. It also gives you the experience of teaching to a group of students. The feedback is a wonderful tool in perfecting your teaching techniques. You will also continue to learn how to teach the remaining portions of the ESM course.
This last day will show you how to advertise, market and promote ESM. We will also walk you through the protocol for the paper work.
What is the Cost to attend the Instructor Training Course?
The cost for this 4 day training is $750.00. A $100.00 deposit is required to hold your space. The attendance is very limited so $100.00 deposit is required and is non-refundable or transferable.
Who is teaching the ESM Instructor Training Course?
Dr. Lorann Marie Blaine, ND, DD, DM, teaches all of the ESM Instructor Training Courses with guest appearances from Dr. Victor L. Frank, D.C., N.M.D (founder of ESM and TBM).
It is their goal to give you as much information as possible to allow you to be confident to teach the ESM program to your family and friends.
