Hosting A Seminar in your area?

For those who can not travel to a scheduled class, we now offer the hosting program.  You can host your own E.S.M. Course for your family and friends. Just by having several of your friends attend. 

Once you have the required number of friends registered, we will then set a date and a location that works for both the group and the instructor.  It is recommended to have a second person from the same household attend so they will have someone to keep them balanced as well. 

This program is only available with the 4 day option, unless special arrangements are approved in advance. 

Required amount of students

We do have a required amount of students in order to have this personal instruction.  That number is between 15-30.  This allows enough people for interaction and one on one demonstration. 


 

Please keep in mind that the required amount of students can vary per Instructor.  Therfore please check with the ESM Office for a list of Instructors that are willing to do a hosted class.

What requirements do you need to hold a class?

We will need a meeting room that will hold the total number of people attending, (including assistants).  It could be in an office, suite or even a hotel meeting room, depending on cost.  All checks should be made out to the Instructor.  You, as host, would collect all deposits and forward them to the E.S.M. office.  At the beginning of the class the Instructor's assistant will collect any remaining funds.  If there is a cost required for the meeting room the Instructor will take care of the amount due at the close of the course, as long as it was agreed upon prior to the course being set up.

If the classes are being held out of town from the Instructor, the Instructor will make their own reservations, however they will need to be notified of available hotels in the area.
